Tim Hortons customer service improvement, has gotten better

It's somewhat strange to frequent some Tim Hortons like the one by Dufferin and Bloor and be treated with a high level of customer service. Their volume of customers is so high that they were known more for being fast, cheap, and convenient, but never considered to have good customer service.

But recently I guess they have been instructed to say things like "My Pleasure", "How are you?", and some people put smiley faces on the cups. It's actually a bit shocking and scary for a second because it's so unusual for Timmies, but feels good.
